Shipping policy

 

Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight, size and destination in South Africa. Generally, shipments of our products are only sent next day delivery or 2-day delivery within South Africa. In some instances we may make use of personal drivers and we do not ship outside of South Africa.

All deliveries are designated for delivery with a signature requirement. We recommend, however, that someone be available to accept the shipment, especially if the delivery location is an office building or apartment complex. There is a chance that the driver will not leave the package if they are unsure of the correct delivery location or they do not believe the conditions to be deliverable.

Shipping is available Monday-Thursday. We will not guarantee weekend deliveries, so all orders must be placed to arrive at their destination by Friday. Orders to be shipped on a Thursday must be for overnight delivery. We cannot guarantee specific arrival times on the day of delivery. Most residential packages are delivered by 7 pm and most business packages are delivered by 5 pm.

Issue Resolution
We do everything we can to be sure your order is delivered on time and ready to enjoy. However, sometimes things occur that cause this not to happen. In such an event, we will do everything we reasonably can to make you a happy customer. If there is any problem with your delivery, please email us at info@justgorgeous.co.za. We must be notified of any delivery issues within 2 business days of a shipping date to be able to resolve the problem. If we caused a problem with your order, we will make it right.

We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Weather related delivery issues
  • Products which have become unusable due to a recipient’s failure to follow instructions provided with each delivery
  • Products not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at an address when someone is out of town)
  • Delivery problems beyond our control.


Christmas Holiday Orders
Due to the unusually large amount of orders placed for the Christmas holidays, we suggest ordering your products as early as possible to ensure availability. Due to the large number of packages being delivered during the holidays and unpredictable weather, we will not always guarantee on-time delivery during these holiday periods. The sooner your order is scheduled for delivery, the less likely it is that your order might be delayed.
